Product Description

This production is mainly used for casting grinding balls and bars.

1):Working principle:
Resin sand will be cured when heated.this production line use this characteristic,inject resin sand into grinding ball mould to molding,then casting liquid metal into the mould to achieve molding.


2)intelligent temperature controller make sure opening the mould in a suitable temperature to guarantee the balls no casting defect,such as dark spots, shrinkage.

3)and the mould temperature is stable,that reduce mould's deformation and extend service life.
