Introduction and detail Description:

The back pressure-driven steam turbine is mainly used for steam pressure difference ≥ 0.2MPa, steam flow ≥ 6t/ h, and single-unit power between 100kW-5000kW. At present, the internal efficiency of the axial-flow steam turbines in the market is often less than 50% due to their complex structure and low speed. The radial steam turbine has the advantages of high power generation efficiency (internal efficiency more than 70%), simple and reliable structure, small floor area, modular installation, and no need for specialized personnel. In order to ensure the efficient operation of the radial turbine, the core technical problems such as high speed, off-design condition, and shaft end sealing are solved. The technical team has applied for a number of patents in the research and development process of key technologies and systems of the radial turbine.

Steam turbine directly drives rotary equipment, such as water pump, fan, compressor, etc. It is suitable for conventional speed (1500rpm-3000rpm) and high-speed rotating equipment (3000rpm-30000rpm).
