This equipment is lined with sand in the metal interior space to form casting shell. Ration control of metal weight, wall thickness and covering sand thickness makes injection; Solidifying and cooling finish under an ideal condition to assure the casting defects is decreased to the biggest extent. The application of steel module sand covering technology provides strong guarantee for casting ball quality, labor strength lowering and production cost control.
