Product Description

The heating system of GW series of intermediate-frequency coreless induction melting furnace produced and manufactured by our company, is designed and developed with a combination of absorbing the latest technology at home and abroad. Each technology used in the system has reached or even surpassed the industrial level in China. The material used in induction coil is copper (or copper alloy), and its rated capacity per hour is 0.3t~3.0t. Considering all of the above, it is the preferred smelting equipment for the middle and small smelting enterprises at home and abroad.
 
KGPS series is researched and developed into a new whole-integration of thyristor intermediate-frequency frequency converter in accordance with the standard of" superior product" in the national product standards of "thyristor intermediate-frequency frequency converter".
Properties and Characteristics of intermediate-frequency melting furnace
1. With full digital control system, the machine has high controlling accuracy and reliability;
2. Voltage-current double closed-loop control is installed to ensure the stable and reliable operation of system;

3. Perfect protection system can protect the equipment from over-current, over-voltage, phase loss, weak water pressure and other problems to ensure the components of the equipment will not be damaged when fault occurs;
4. Operational characteristics of high power factors: the whole equipment has high efficiency and the power factor can reach to maximum operational value of (ceso0.95);
5.  Starting performance of power supply is 100%, which thoroughly solved the problem of failure in starting up;
6. It is easy to be operated and maintained; and it also has high melting speed and saves electricity.
