Main features:
1. It is applicable to series chromium alloy and austempered ball casting production with diameter 40-130mm, average productivity per set were ≥ 2 tons/h.
2. With the process principle of flexible open operation, high degree of automation, four station in the full line, 5 people operate the facility(doesn't contain auxiliary workers).
3. Pouring way: Using constant temperature bottom gating machine or multi way pouring ladle for casting.
4. Our company has implemented 10 invention patents for the technological invention of double station sand shooting, molding of integrated pouring riser, automatic shakeout, automatically blowing sweep and the intelligent temperature control system(mould unloading when cooling solidification and mold temperature control at the time of shooting sand) etc...
The whole line is equipped with dust, smoke environmental protection device, meet the working environment requirements of modern enterprise.
